The Interior Alaska Trail Riders Association met on Nov. 17 at Wynfromere
 Farms, the home of Natalie Howard.

 Minutes were read and approved.

 The Treasurer was absent so no treasurer's report

 OLD BUSINESS:

 Hitching Posts for both Stiles Creek and Colorado Creek Trails ( Compeau
 trail?)   We need a specific proposal.
 A letter with a proposal to Anna Plager:  IATRA  would install hitching
 posts, rails, Club member will help install, stall.

 Water Barrels at Cabins to collect Rain water.

 Skyline trail was discussed, thinking about a water source.  Jon Underwood
 is heading that project.

 NEW BUSINESS:

 Dues and Checks:  others ought to be able to deposit checks, etc. into
 IATRA account.


 Website:  We need to send a check to Debbie Currence.

 CHRISTMAS PARTY:    December 10th or 17th at Phil and Sharon Berrian's
house.
 Gift exchange  $20.
 Hour d'oeuvre and desert   start at 2:00PM

 OTHER NEW BUSINESS

 We Discussed:

 *Public Meetings  on new parks: Pioneer park, Dec 6th and 7th.
 Isberg area
 Farmers' Loop: Skyline Trail
 South Cushman

 Send in-put to Borough, about horse facility in one of the parks.
 30 Acre Horse park, probably South Cushman.

 *Trail Revue: Seven Mile Lake off Denali Highway

 *New Public Use cabin in Chena River Rec. Area
   Location? On river or road?  currently thinking of mile 42.3 Mile CHSR
   Need input as to location: Along River or Road?
   Considering Pond just past Twin Bars camp..Could tie in with present
 trail system.

 Provide comment: Should NOT increase closed areas along the road. Would
 decrease hunting opportunity.


 *club lCD: Should take CD and roll-over with interest included.  Lowell
 North motioned to roll over CD with the interest to increase amount.
